Out of Network Providers
At this time, we are not directly accepting insurance. Sessions are offered on an out-of-pocket basis, and we provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
We are currently in the process of paneling with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and TriCare, and we will update our policies as soon as we are able to accept these plans directly.
We are committed to making our services accessible and are happy to discuss payment options.
Access & Transparency
Our standard session rate is $170 per session.
We understand that financial circumstances vary, and we don’t want cost to be a barrier to care. Sliding scale options are available—please reach out to discuss what feels manageable for you.
Out of Network Benefits
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network (OON) benefits, sliding scale fees are not available. This is because OON benefits must be used first. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
Clinical Supervision
Casey and Chris offer clinical supervision for provisionally licensed therapists and those seeking trauma-informed consultation.
Supervision fees are decided between you and your supervisor and may vary depending on Individual, group, or licensed consultation.
Our supervision approach emphasizes growth, clinical confidence, and self-reflection, helping you develop both your clinical voice and your professional identity.
As supervisees under Create and Connect Art Therapy and Counseling, you will have access to a PRIVATE SUPERVISORY PORTAL created just for you! This portal includes clinical and professional resources, licensing information, and prioritized access special events like special interest groups!
