Not Sure If We Accept Your Insurance?
Insurance plans can vary, even within the same company. If you're unsure whether your plan includes mental health benefits or whether we're in-network with your specific policy, we're happy to help. During your complimentary consultation, we can review your insurance information, discuss expected costs, and answer any questions you have before your first appointment.
Access & Transparency
Our standard fee for a 53–60 minute therapy session is $170.
We believe quality mental health care should be accessible whenever possible. For clients paying privately, limited sliding scale appointments may be available based on financial need and clinician availability. If cost is a concern, we encourage you to reach out, we're happy to discuss your options.
Using Out of Network Benefits
Many insurance plans include out-of-network (OON) mental health benefits. If you're seeing us as an out-of-network provider, we'll provide a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Please note that clients utilizing out-of-network benefits are not eligible for sliding scale fees, as insurance reimbursement must be used first.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits before beginning therapy.
Why Invest In Therapy?
Therapy is an investment in your emotional health, relationships, and future well-being.
While it's natural to consider the financial commitment, many clients find that developing healthier coping strategies, improving relationships, reducing stress, and increasing self-understanding creates benefits that extend far beyond the therapy room.
Clinical Supervision
Casey and Chris offer clinical supervision for provisionally licensed therapists and those seeking trauma-informed consultation.
Supervision fees are decided between you and your supervisor and may vary depending on Individual, group, or licensed consultation.
Our supervision approach emphasizes growth, clinical confidence, and self-reflection, helping you develop both your clinical voice and your professional identity.
As supervisees under Create and Connect Art Therapy and Counseling, you will have access to a PRIVATE SUPERVISORY PORTAL created just for you! This portal includes clinical and professional resources, licensing information, and prioritized access special events like special interest groups!
